Preparing & Submitting Report File
Instructions for the Electronic Submission of the Experiment Report
Experiment reports are to be submitted via the WWW.
In further requests for beam time, please indicate the number(s) of the report(s) submitted on your previous measurements, and whether or not your previous work supports your new proposal.
The Electronic Submission of your Experiment Report consists of two separate steps:
1) The preparation of your file using one of the templates supplied below, and its conversion to an acceptable file format (where necessary)
2) The electronic submission of your file.
You may submit your report in one of the following formats:
- PDF format - submit your report directly
- Postscript format: create your file using one of the available templates (list below), and then read the Postscript file preparation guidelines. The procedure consists of taking your existing file and copying it to a new file in the correct format by using the 'Print to file' function. This will prepare your file for electronic submission.
Once you have read the guidelines and prepared your Postscript file, please SUBMIT your Experiment Report.
