Collaboration with the Swiss-Norwegian CRG

Under an agreement between DUBBLE and the Swiss-Norwegian CRG it is possible
for Dutch and Flemish users to use a limited number of shifts on the powder
diffraction facilities of the Swiss-Norwegian beamlines. In return there
exists also the possibility for Swiss and Norwegian users to apply for time at
the DUBBLE XAFS station
