How to open a slice by slice volume using ImageJ
Installation
You need ImageJ free software. See here to download it.
Copy these 4 files in ImageJ "plugins/Input-Output" directory
- HandleExtraFileTypes.class (replace the existing one)
- EdfRead_.class
- HSTVolReader_.class
- jdom.jar
Using
- Run ImageJ
- File
Open
Select either .vol or .raw file Select volume size
