ESRF Proposal Submission

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION:

1st March or 1st September
(inclusive)

This message concerns the submission of:

• Standard ESRF Proposals
• MX BAG proposals

We advise you not to submit your proposal at the last minute in order to avoid an overload of the system, which may delay the submission of your proposal.

If you run into difficulties when preparing/submitting your proposal, please contact either:

• the User Office (working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.): for queries regarding the password, the procedure of submission (steps).  Please also consult the instructions on the User Guide web pages;

Or

• the MIS Group: for problems regarding the electronic submission of your proposal.

NB: on 1st March and 1st September, the MIS Group can be contacted until midnight (French time).
