Important:

The Zoom links of the events will NOT be published on the User Meeting website.

Confirmation of registration to User Meeting 2021

A few days before the event, registered participants will receive an email with the Zoom links to the events they have registered to.

This e-mail will also contain:

  • The Commercial Exhibition Zoom meeting link.
  • The link to access the poster slam displayed on the private ESRF YouTube chain.
  • The link of the poster session webpage which will propose:
    • A list of posters submitted and the pdf of posters (if authorized by the presenters) displayed per topic/field of research.
    • The zoom meeting links (one link per topic/field of research).

Note: the poster slam and poster session webpage will not be public: they will be available only to User Meeting participants.
