The Poster Session will take place on Wednesday 29 March 2017 from 17:15 to 18:15 - It will be followed by a  talk given on the Mezzanine.

Poster session - Instructions

All participants are strongly encouraged to present a poster. Poster abstract MUST BE REGISTERED using the appropriate section "Documents" of the electronic registration form.

Important:

  • Submit an abstract for your poster on the registration page
  • save and submit your document under your family name to facilitate its further processing (e.g.: SMITH_Poster.pdf)

Maximum recommended poster size: 110 cm height x 85 cm wide (or A0 poster format).

Velcro tabs to hang the posters will be provided by the organisers.
