The registration fee includes the accommodation in the guesthouse on site, the welcome reception, the lunches, coffee breaks, one social dinner in town and three evening meals on site (Dinner on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday).

that for security reasons, the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons,

Opening hours of the guesthouse reception:
Monday-Friday: from 7:00 to 15:00
weekend: from 7.00 to 12.00
if you arrive outside the opening hours you will have to ask for your room key at the site entrance.

Meals

The event will begin with a WELCOME reception on Sunday, 17 November at 18:00 in the Cafeteria on site.
Lunches are taken at the ESRF/ILL common restaurant on site.
Dinners on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are organised in the restaurant on site (Opening hours 19:00-20:30).
Dinners in town are at your own charge.
The participants will have to wear their school badge and to show it to the cashier.
The social dinner on Wednesday evening will take place in the restaurant "Le Cinq" , 5 Place Lavalette in Grenoble.
