In accordance to the general philosophy of the project, the design of the Spanish beamline is not novel although it is in the state-of-art.   The beamline optics has been designed to fit the users requirements preserving the exceptional charactertistics of the source.  The refurbished optical layout is basically composed of six elements, i) primary Slits, ii) collimating white beam mirror, iii) Double Crystal Monochromator, iv) High-Resolution Post-Monochromator; v) toroidal focusing mirror, and v) secondary slits. Additionally, scatter-less slits for scatter reduction, white beam stopper and beam monitors will be also present. Figure 1 shows a general layout of the beamline.
