Joint CEA-ESRF-ILL workshop on batteries

A workshop open for scientists from Grenoble interested in the battery research. First part (afternoon November 6th at ESRF) will be devoted to the overview of use of synchrotron radiation in the battery research. Scientists from ESRF and ILL will first present the techniques and instruments available at ESRF which will be then followed by an informal discussion forum. The second part will continue at ILL (morning November 7th), where the state of the art battery technologies will be presented by CEA scientists. The workshop will be concluded by a round-table discussion about possibilities emerging from tighter collaboration between CEA, ESRF and ILL.
