ACCOMMODATION

The ESRF will organise accommodation during the User Meeting ONLY for: Invited Speakers, VIPs and the User Organisation Committee Members, provided that the request for accommodation arrangement is made through the registration form.

Please note that for security reasons, the ESRF Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons; moreover, children under 16 are not permitted on site.

ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS cannot be accommodated in the Guesthouse on site and have to make their OWN BOOKINGS (see below)

Hotels in town

ALL regular participants have to make their own bookings. This table presents a list of hotels with which we are accustomed to work, conveniently located in the center of Grenoble, near bus and tram stops or near the train station. The ESRF benefits from special room rates in some of them (see "Comments")

Note:  tram B is joining the 'Avenue des Martyrs'  to downtown Grenoble in 15mn, therefore public transportation will be easy to downtown hotels.
