The program REFTIM calculates and fits the time spectra of the nuclear resonant reflectivity from any multilayer structure containing 57Fe resonant nuclei for given grazing angles. In the last version 6.0 we add the calculation and fit of the prompt and delayed reflectivity curves for the same model of the structure which can be done simultaneously with time spectra. The new thing is also the possibility to have the automatic division of the interface functions for each HFI nuclear density into steps for reflectively calculations.
