ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
The ESRF organizes accommodation (in the ESRF Guesthouse or in hotels) ONLY for the following categories of participants: Invited Speakers, Invited Participants, bursaries (only when agreed with the event's organizer) and Users Organization Members, when requested on the registration form.
Please note that for security reasons, the ESRF Guesthouse is restricted to persons participating in the meeting, and is not available for accompanying persons; moreover, children under 16 are not permitted on site.
ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS have to make their OWN BOOKINGS (a list of hotels is proposed in the table below).

ALL regular participants have to make their own bookings. The table below presents a list of hotels with which we are accustomed to work, conveniently located in the center of Grenoble near bus stops or near the train station.

MEALS
The registration fee covers 5 meals (ESRF Restaurant on-site), refreshments, and the Users' Meeting dinner on Wednesday, 10 February. For other meals, participants are free to make their own arrangements, and a list of restaurants will be available at the meeting reception desk. Arrangements will be made with the canteen on site to enable participants to eat there in the evenings, between 19:00 and 20:30 hours. If you wish, you may purchase additional meal vouchers for the ESRF canteen, at a cost of 10 Euro per meal (see the Payment Form).
Refreshments - tea, coffee and fruit juice - will be provided during the main meeting and workshops.
