Special web page "POSTERS"

A special web page "Posters", accessible on-line from 22 January, will display the list of posters registered for the event "Users' Meeting (Plenary Day)", with links to the poster PDF files. If you wish to have your poster(s) displayed on that web page, you should upload, via the electronic registration form, a PDF file of your poster whose size must NOT EXCEED 10 MB (please read carefully the instructions given in the "Documents" page of the electronic registration form).

The posters will be displayed by field of research,  according to the ESRF Experiments Division Groups (or the corresponding beamline). Do not forget to select, in the registration form, the field of research to which your poster belongs. The poster title specified in the registration form will appear as the link on the "POSTERS" special web page.

IMPORTANT: Please save and submit your document under your family name to facilitate its further processing (i.e.: SMITH_UMPoster.pdf)

The posters displayed on the web will be eligible for the ESRF Best Poster Award.

The deadline for sending your poster PDF file is THURSDAY 22 JANUARY.

In case of technical problem, please send an e-mail.

Embargo policy: Authors of poster(s) reporting work which may fall under an "embargo policy" should register their poster providing only the name of the author(s), the poster title and the field of research, and should NOT send the PDF file of their poster. These posters will NOT be eligible for the ESRF Best Poster Award (see below).

BEST POSTER AWARD

ONLY posters for which we have received a PDF file and which are therefore displayed on the special web page will be eligible for the ESRF Best Poster Award.

An award will be made for the Best Poster submitted for the Users' Meeting (Plenary Day) event. The posters will be judged by the eight members of the Users' Organization and the winner announced at the Users' Meeting dinner on the evening of Wednesday 4th February.
