 ACCOMMODATION and MEALS


The ESRF organizes accommodation (in the ESRF Guesthouse on site or in hotels downtown) ONLY for: Invited Speakers,  Invited Participants, bursaries (when agreed with the event's organizers) and the Users Organization Members, provided that the request for accommodation arrangement is made through the registration form.

Please note that for security reasons, the ESRF Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons; moreover, children under 16 are not permitted on site.

ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS have to make their OWN BOOKINGS (a list of hotels is proposed in the table below).

MEALS


The registration fee (150 Euro) covers:

  • 3 LUNCHES on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, at the ILL/ESRF restaurant on site.


    For other meals, participants are free to make their own arrangements (a list of restaurants will be available at the meeting reception desk. Consult also the Tourist Office web site).

    ADDITIONAL MEAL VOUCHERS for the ILL/ESRF common restaurant can be purchased, through the electronic registration form (cost of a meal ticket:10 Euro).

  • refreshments - tea, coffee and fruit juice (coffee breaks)
  • the Users' Meeting dinner on Tuesday, 5 February.
