Abstract submission

Apart from the invited talks, there will be a number of contributed talks selected upon presentation of an abstract.

The contributed speakers will have a 25 minute presentation (20 min. presentation + 5 min. questions).

When applying for a contributed talk or/and a poster please use the following abstract template - You can also download it directly during the registration process in .doc format

Poster Session


There will be a Poster Session on Thursday 18 October, from 17.10 to 19.30

IMPORTANT

The poster session will take place at the ESRF central building

  • A poster abstract is required for the posters

The posters must be registered via the registration form until 24 September (inclusive)

 

Poster submission - Instructions

 


The participants are encouraged to submit posters (maximum of 3 posters) on their recent work. Posters MUST BE REGISTERED, using the appropriate section "Posters & Abstracts" of the electronic registration form, where the participants must provide:

  • the name of the author(s): please specify with the submission which authors are students,
  • the poster title,
  • the field of research to which the poster belongs,
  • save and register your poster under your FAMILY NAME to facilitate its further processing (i.e.: SMITH_Poster.doc for a poster submitted by J. Smith)

 The poster panels available to fix your posters have the following dimensions:
110 cm high x 85 cm wide or the generic A0 poster format.
The posters should fit into this format and can be fixed to the panels with Velcro taps provided by the workshop organiser.
