Information for Young Scientists
We aim to provide as much as possible financial support for young scientists (Master and PhD students). Accommodation will be free of charge for those who choose to stay at the Guesthouse on the European Photon and Neutron Science Campus.
Furthermore, a number of Young
Scientist Awards sponsored by International
Union of Crystallography (IUCr) are available. Under
other equal conditions, preferences will be given to applicants with a
crystallographic background. The recipients
of the Awards will be demanded to create an entry in the World Database of
Crystallographers (if not already present).
The Award may be used solely for travel and subsistence. In addition, some reduction of the
Registration Fee is also foreseen.
The deadline for application to the Award is over (July 15)
The selected candidates were informed on July 20.
