General Information on Registration

Exhibition booth

The space available per exhibiting company is roughly 6m2 (2m large and 3m deep). Included in this space is a table of 1.80m long and 0.68m large, two chairs, and two poster panels of 87cm by 118cm each (if requested in your registration form below).

We foresee that your stand will be open from Tuesday 12th of October to Wednesday 13th included. Of course, you are free to extend this period at no extra expenses. The booth will be located in the reception area, in which the lunches are served as well, and the two poster sessions are held on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Publicity page in the Abstract booklet

We offer you a one A4 advertisement page in the abstract booklet. You will be contacted in due time to discuss the details.
We also offer you a web page in the IXS2010 web site to provide participants with information on your company.

Fees

The exhibition stand plus one exhibiting person costs 750 Euros. A registration fee of 150 Euros will be charged per supplementary person representing the company. These fees entitle you to attend the conference sessions, the lunches and the coffee breaks, as well as the conference dinner on Wednesday evening.

All fees are VAT INCLUSIVE.
