ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
The ESRF organizes accommodation in the ESRF Guesthouse for the participants WHEN REQUESTED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. Priority will be given to young scientists.
Please note that for security reasons, the ESRF Guesthouse is restricted to persons participating in the meeting, and is not available for accompanying persons; moreover, children under 16 are not permitted on site.
ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS are invited to make their OWN BOOKINGS (a list of hotels is proposed in the table below). Please specify that you are an IXS2010 participant to benefit from the negotiated price.
All the hotels are conveniently located at walking distance or by bus from the Conference Center (see map).
Deadline for your room reservation: July, 1st. Prebookings are kept until this deadline. Hotels are very busy and you may not obtain the room of your choice after that date.
The table below presents details on the guesthouse as well as a list of hotels in which we reserved a limited number of rooms, they are conveniently located in the center of Grenoble near bus stops or near the train station.

MEALS
The registration fee covers 4 meals (WTC buffet lunches), refreshments will be provided during the conference. For other meals, participants are free to make their own arrangements, and a list of restaurants will be available at the meeting reception desk.
