Oral presentations and Posters

All participants who contribute with a poster or an oral presentation have to send an abstract by e-mail as an attached Word document (1 page A4 maximum).

Deadline: 14th January 2005
Notification of acceptance (oral presentation): 21st January, 2005

Abstracts must correspond to the abstract template (.doc). Therefore please carefully follow the instructions for abstract submission described in the template.

Participants who present results in form of a poster should additionally announce the title of the poster in the corresponding section of the registration form. Selected posters will be displayed during the poster session. The poster panels available to fix your posters have the following dimensions: 110 cm high x 85 cm wide. The posters should fit into this format and will be fixed to the panels with Velcro taps provided by the workshop organiser.
