HST_VIEW

  

This is a very simple program, designed to input and display each slice of the reconstruction. This is only intended for checking that the program has worked properly and nothing has gone wrong with the reconstruction. (hst_slave can treat different slices differently, so it is important to check the results on several slices, not just one.)

The reconstructed volume is selected, and each slice is input and displayed as a two-dimensional image. There are many 3-D volume viewers existing and this program does not attempt to compete with them. It is primarily for development purposes, but is made available to users as such simply utilities can often to helpful for identifying problems.
