Advanced non-destructive stress and strain measurements for industry

Date

28 and 29 September, 2015

Where

The EPN Science Campus
71 avenue des Martyrs
Grenoble, France

More information on how to travel to the EPN Science Campus here.

Purpose

Learning the advantages of synchrotron X-rays and neutrons for stress/strain measurements
Possibility to join the MECASENS main conference

Information

Synchrotron X-rays and neutrons are great tools to provide stress/strain measurements for materials and engineering components.

This workshop will provide you with a firm basis in non-destructive stress/strain measurements using X-rays and neutron techniques.

For :

Engineers and scientists in R&D or academic research in the fields of aerospace, automotive, power, metallurgy, and transportation.
Applied scientists and engineers from research institutes and universities working with industry.
Specialists from stress/strain service providers.

Registration open

1 August to 11 September 2015
