PostScript File Preparation Guidelines<BR>General

These pages contain instructions for the preparation of PostScript files using the following standard software packages:

• Microsoft Word
  
• LaTeX / TeX
  
  

It is possible to use other software tools to prepare your documents, but please ensure that you follow standard layout conventions in order to be certain that the PostScript files produced are acceptable. The use of non-preferred software also makes it very difficult for the editorial team to help you to deal with problems, if any arise.
