Detector Systems

The Detector Systems unit provides assistance to the beamlines in all areas related to X-ray detection. The members of the unit work on projects and developments in areas not covered by commercial suppliers and which are specific to the needs of the ESRF, or even specific to the needs of a single beamline.

The support also includes giving advice, consultation, interfacing with detector suppliers, testing and verification of detectors, support and assistance for trouble shooting.
