Preparing for your experiment

last modified 13-09-2006 11:27

Get in touch with your local contact at an early stage of your preparations in order to discuss any technical details associated with your experiment. Do not forget that as well as bringing the samples and perhaps sample environment with you, the data will need to be transported back to your home laboratory. For multigigabyte datasets you should discuss the issues involved with your local contact.

See the pages of the user office for further details.

When you arrive, you must carry out the mandatory safety training before carrying out any work on the beamline.
