Tips

• You can setup proper input and reflection files for SHELXD and SHELXE using either the programs SHELXC or xprep. For that you will need reflection in SCLAPACK (.sca) format or SHELX (.hkl) format. After XDS use xscale (with MERGE=FALSE) and xdsconv or xds2sca to obtain xprep readable reflection files.

Known problems

• There is currently no working version of xprep and shelxe for sgi.
