This page provides links to videos showing how one should use some of the software (IspyB, DNA, mxCuBE) that is integral to the efficient of the MX beam-lines at the ESRF.
Software overview:
- ISPYB: Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) linking individual crystals to their corresponding X-ray data.
- DNA: Diffraction analysis, strategy calculation, ranking of the samples, integration of the data.
- MxCuBE: Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the beamline control.
