Autoproc Global Phasing

A new version of Autoproc, from our colleagues at Global Phasing, is now available on the ESRF beamlines.
The program can be launched on the mx processing computers mx29, mx231 etc., from within the directory which contains your images using the following command

process -d nameofdirectoryforoutputfiles

Autoproc is available to all academic users but is only accessible to Industrial Users who are members of the Global Phasing consortium.  If industrial users are interested in using the program but are blocked from using it at the ESRF please contact Elspeth Gordon or Olof Svensson
