EDNA

last modified 17-11-2009 12:23

EDNA will be a new generation environment for ODA (Online Data Analysis), in particular for the automation of the collection and processing of X-ray diffraction data from macromolecular crystals. EDNA is developed on the foundations of the DNA project. For more information about the EDNA see the article in JSR: EDNA: a framework for plugin-based applications applied to X-ray experiment online data analysis.

The EDNA MXv1 characterisation application is available on all MX beamlines as well as on NICE through both a command line interface (edna-mxv1-characterisation) and as a part of ccp4i.

Work is in progress for integrating an EDNA interface to mxCuBE.
