No counts in mxControlPanel
Sometimes after a shutdown, no counts will register on the diodes (in ct and the GUI)
First check that there is actually beam with the YAG. A common thing to forget is to check the undulator gaps in the idappli

Things to check:
1)Are there prosilica related errors in SpecOpt?
e.g.Error on "tango:id23/gc650-taco/mbv2" sending DevCcdYSize.
2)Can you connect to lid235 as Blissadm via ssh?
Check both of the above. If there are any problems, you will need to reboot lid235 (takes a little while for sshd to come back up, so be patient), then restart the prosilica device server via bliss_dserver start
You might also have to then go into the optics hutch and hard reboot the two beam viewer Prosilicas, and do another device server restart on lid235, followe by a reconfig in spec.
AFTERWARDS
it is possible that the gain is set incorrectly for the diodes. Check the gain with wcgain. e.g. wcgain dwb
they should generally be 1, rather than the default value of 0. set it with wcgain dwb 1
confirm that the values being read are reasonable (not 9.99786 (9.95803/s)) via ct
