Determining if there is a problem with the Mar CCD temperature sensor

  1. Shut down MAR software
  2. Dry off any condensation on the cooling inlet or outlet mesh tubes
  3. Turn off Mar controller
  4. Turn off main power (upper right hand side of mar rack
  5. Disconnect the main power cable to the back of the mar
  6. Remove cover from the back of the mar
  7. Now look to make sure the temp sensor is not touching anything
  8. Reconnect the power cable
  9. Turn on main power to mar rack
  10. turn on power to mar controller
  11. Are the fans working?
  12. Go through the shut down sequence again
  13. Replace cover
  14. Re-plug everything
  15. Start up controller
  16. Turn on main rack switch
  17. Turn on mar software
