• 12 February optical hutch radiation test completed
• 11 March installation of the primary slits completed
• 23 May first X-ray beam in the optic hutch (primary slits commissioning)
• 20 June experimental hutch radiation test completed
• 25 October first data set collected
• 5 November toroidal miror installed

2004

• 12 March diffractometer installed and prealigned
• 16 March slit box installed and aligned

2005

• 18 January final toroidal mirror installed
• 12 January installation of the final detector translation
• 11 April installation of the fast piezo shutter
• 25 August installation automatic sample changer
• 3 October installation of the ADSC Q315 detector

2006

• 13 June Zap EXAFS scans
