Whole reconstruction
To run the whole volume reconstruction
On GANYMEDES PC workstation:Open an other xterm window (right button click and click on 'Xterm')
ganymedes:~ % ssh -X mdxxx@cronus1 (If cronus1 is down, use cronus2...)
cronus1% cd id19 (cd id19 for external, cd id19ext1 for external1 and cd id19ext2 for external2)
Submit the reconstruction file in executing:
cronus1% mqueue sample_nameor
cronus1% mqueue sample_name1 sample_name2 ...
or
cronus1% mqueue sample_name[1-5]
To visualize:
The jobs in queue: cronus1% MONITOR_queue
The jobs running: cronus1% MONITOR_run
A run: cronus1% logview 211.PyHST.log
To cancel a job:
cronus1% condor_rm cluster_number
To cancel jobs under your name:
cronus1% condor_rm your_name
To cancel a subvolume only:
cronus1% condor_rm cluster_number.subvolume_number
Your reconstructed volume can be huge.
A 2048x2048x2048 volume in float (4 bytes) format gives 8 files of 4 Gb each!!!
We so usually propose to reduce it in 1 byte (256 grey levels): mrecad procedure
