Beamline ID27 has a linux control computer and a number of Windows XP and Linux PC's. The control computer (minibar) is used for experimental control through SPEC, the windows systems rather for data-analysis and detector control.
Software for data-analysis are FIT2D (Hammersley, ESRF, 1997) and various software packages, each belonging to a particular detector.
