Publish Please! We look forward to seeing more and more of your XMaS research in print. When our facility is reviewed it will be refereed papers, not newsletters, that will ensure a rosy future for XMaS and the same is, of course, true for your prospects in the RAE. When beamline staff have made a significant contribution to your scientific investigation you may naturally want to include them as authors.
