    Running CCP4i at BM16

    The CCP4 GUI can be called by typing ccp4i at the command prompt on bm16process1 & 2:

    %ccp4i

    In the Directories & Projects window, create your own project with a unique project name (preferrably your proposal number) and then select your data directory (i.e. /data/bm16/external/mx###/data) using the browse option and cick on apply and exit. buffer/girls3/"proposal number").

     

    For those of you stil; harboring irrational GUI  phobias...all of the ccp4 programs can be called in the old-fashioned way by simply typing the program name at the prompt and inputting your time-honoured script.
