- The ESRF is located within European Photon and Neutron Science Campus. The campus and its facilities are shared with our partner institutes. Please consult the EPN Campus web pages for orientation, Library, Canteen and Guesthouse information.

- Library facilities are shared between the ILL and ESRF. In addition to providing access to Journals and Books, the Library also maintains a database of research publications emanating from the two institutes.

- Scientists visiting the ESRF or the ILL are usually accommodated conveniently in the immediate proximity to the beamlines and the reactor, as there is a guest house of 173 rooms on site. It offers various amenities and services tailored to visitors' needs.

- The joint ESRF/ILL/EMBL site is not only for working, but also for having a good time and enjoying tasteful meals with colleagues. In the Restaurant and Cafeteria you can unwind during a day full of work ─ seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
