B2E Examples

In this page we presenta number of graphical illustrations prepared within Igor Pro and B2E. Each graphics illustrates a possible application of the B2E code. Unless specified, each of the example given below needs less than 10 seconds of CPU time of computation on a PowerMac G3 or Pentium II 300 Mhz.

• Far field Computation of the electric field and Spectrum produced by an undulator based on a measured field profile
• Comparaison of Spectra produced by a conventional and a quasi-periodic undulator including electron beam sizes, divergences , energy spread and finite aperture.
