Fee information

The workshop fee is 160 € (to be paid before 7th January 2002).

Important : For payment after 7th January 2002, the fee is increased to 180 €.

The workshop fee covers :

• Shuttle service between Workshop Hotels and the ESRF
• Lunch in the ESRF canteen for the 3 workshop days
• Coffee breaks for the 3 workshop days
• Banquet on the Tuesday evening and transport to Banquet venue
• Workshop bag and documentation
• Proceedings

Payment of Workshop fee : REGISTER HERE

The payment is, in principle, to be made at the time of registration, i.e. before 7th January 2002. It can be done either by bank transfer or by credit card.

In either case you must print out the Payment Details page that appears when you go through the registration procedure. Fill out this form accordingly and then fax it to the ESRF using the fax number indicated on the form.

An official ARW receipt will be given to you on the first day of the Workshop.

By Bank Transfer

1. For instructions to your bank, give the full details of the ESRF's bank (as indicated on the form) and, ensure that bank charges are covered by you so that the net sum received will be 160 € per participant. Your bank must transmit your name, your institute's name and 'ARW'. A receipt of this bank transfer should be requested from your bank.
2. If a group payment is made then all surnames should appear on the form. The name of your bank and the date of payment must also appear on the form.
3. Fax the form together with the bank receipt to the ESRF fax number as indicated on the form.

By Credit Card

1. The surnames of all participants should appear on the form if a group payment is made. In the case of an individual payment only your own name should appear. The type of credit card, date of expiration, card number, total sum of money (i.e. 160 € per participant) and your signature should be on the form.
2. Fax the form to the ESRF, using the fax number indicated on the form.

Payment after 7th January 2002

The above information applies, however, the fee is increased to 180 €.

Payment during the workshop (i.e. at the the reception desk) is strongly discouraged but possible by credit card or cash, the fee is 180 €.

Note
The payment of extra Banquet tickets (for accompanying partners) is only possible at the reception desk (Lunch and Banquet information will be made available at a later date.)
